Wrenfield & Combe Estates is a new estate and letting agency in Kingsbridge with an unapologetically big ambition: to become the agent this area recommends first — for selling, for letting, and for the long-term care of the homes people trust us with.
Why we started
The people behind Wrenfield & Combe have spent years inside the property industry, and we kept seeing the same things: fees that only became clear at the end, sellers left chasing their own agent for updates, landlords paying for “management” that amounted to forwarding emails, and tenants treated as an inconvenience rather than clients. We believed the local market deserved an agency built the other way round — around the people it serves — so we built one.
